About Me
Hi, I’m Libbi! I’ve had a passion for baking for as long as I can remember. I started Summit Cookie Co to share that passion with others and it’s been an incredible journey. For the past several years my focus has been on iced sugar cookies. Even within this small niche there is so much room for creativity that I’m always working on perfecting new decorating techniques. I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania with my husband and two sons who never get tired of eating cookies.
